ReplyDeleteWe Spanish residents and have been since 1996, we´ve had a mortgage for about 5 years. The initial sum was 44,000 Euros, what I hate is that we have to have life insurance through the bank is that correct. The figure they wanted this year was close to 600 Euros, the bank told us we can´t change that one although we could and have changed the house insurance.
