OWNERS WITH A SPANISH MORTGAGE WHO HAVE BEEN DUPED, WILL BE ABLE TO HAVE THEIR MONEY REFUNDED

Due to the malpractice of various Spanish banks, homeowners with a Spanish mortgage will have undoubtedly been duped.  The banks have been guilty of adding clauses to some mortgage loans that are illegal.

I have years of experience, of negotiating with Spanish banks on behalf of my clients, on all matters relating to home loans.  Combine this with my continual study of the banks actions and changes in practices over the last six years, I was able to use my expertise to act for one of my clients and successfully recoup the full payment they had made various years ago.  This was the sum of over 4.000.00 euros.  Once the settlement was accepted, the funds were deposited in their bank account in less than ten working days.

Owing to the success in this case, I am now taking action for numerous homeowners.  I have been able to offer to my clients my services with a minimal deposit for expenses and fees paid on results.  If you have a mortgage in Spain and wish to know if you should be due for a refund, please contact me.  We can discuss your individual situations and take any action necessary.

  1. Hi Myra,

We Spanish residents and have been since 1996, we´ve had a mortgage for about 5 years. The initial sum was 44,000 Euros, what I hate is that we have to have life insurance through the bank is that correct. The figure they wanted this year was close to 600 Euros, the bank told us we can´t change that one although we could and have changed the house insurance.
